People
Ren Plus Architects was founded by Ren Huang, AIA LEED AP BD+C. Ren was born in rural countryside China and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Inspired by his childhood, Mr. Huang strives to create a timeless design from its simplicity and functionality. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. A registered architect in the State of California and New York. Ren is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the U.S. Green Building Council, and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Before starting Ren+ Architects, Ren worked as a Project Architect at an internationally renowned architectural firm on a variety of residential projects, and as Development Project Manager in a real estate development company on multiple multi-family residential projects.
