The project is to replace the existing garage in kind and match the design intent of the original architect, Julia Morgan. The project will house two car lifts to store 4 cars with EV charger stations. Below the garage, it will be an ADU with full bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. slate roof tiles with solar panels to match the existing main house.
